About Us
Western Norway Film Commission is a not-for-profit entity supported by the counties of Vestland and Møre og Romsdal.
Western Norway Film Commission was established in 2003, and operates as a division of Vestnorsk filmsenter AS - a film fund and resource center offering development and production grants to the local industry. Vestnorsk filmsenter AS is owned by the city of Bergen, and the counties of Vestland and Møre og Romsdal.
The film commission is a member of Association of Film Commissioners International, European Film Commissions Network and the Nordic Film Commissions.
